Filming starts next week for the Gibson Group's latest children's factual documentary series.

Operation Hero – a new 10 part action adventure entertainment series - is gearing up to start shooting on location around Auckland and Palmerston North for three weeks in February.  The series features 12 & 13 year old players tackling challenges inspired by the amazing achievements of real-life kiwi heroes.

The show is being made for TV2 with funding from NZ On Air. The Gibson Group have partnered with the NZ Defence Force to access awe-inspiring locations, expertise and resources to enable the gameplay to be as exciting and adventurous as possible. It won't be an easy ride - the challenges planned will test the players to their physical and mental limits!
