The Court Report returns tonight at 9.35pm on TVNZ7 with prominent lawyer Greg King finding out what the recently announced State of Emergency actually entails, and delving into the international world of pirating.

The progamme is filmed in front of a live studio audience at the Victoria University Law School on the site of the historic Old Government Buildings in Wellington at 6.30pm on Tuesday evening.
