Roger is the Gibson Group's Office Manager. He joined the Gibson Group in early 2003, coming from a diverse background working in NZ and overseas in the travel industry, hotel management, conference organising and in the catering industry.

Roger's many roles include being responsible for the smooth daily management of the office administration and front of house area. He is also office support for productions and the main point of contact for the online catalogue sales and the first port of call for the public.
