Victoria is the Legal and Business Affairs Manager and is part of the senior management team with Dave Gibson and Hilary Combes. Together they manage the day to day and long term strategy of the business. Victoria is particularly responsible for the legal and business concerns of the company and its projects in development, production and distribution. She works closely with the company management team in the development of new markets and media as well as the exploitation of the back catalogue.
 
Victoria has an LLB, is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand and holds a BA in theatre/film and modern languages and a post-graduate Diploma of Arts in theatre/film and linguistics.
