Robbo From Britain
Robbo is the handsome, cool and funny self-appointed leader of the gang. He‘s confident and really doesn‘t like to be wrong. If he‘s not on the beach swimming, surfing or sunbathing, he‘s in the cafe reluctantly helping his sister or trying to impress girls with his new smoothie concoctions and what he thinks is sparkling wit. Although he would prefer to be snorkelling than smoothie serving, he does love being in the cafe, especially if it‘s with his best mate Tai. Above all things, he likes to have fun and is sometimes irresponsible in his quest for laughs.
He‘s very close to his younger sister Megan. And although he doesn‘t like it when she takes charge (often!), he‘s very protective of her. Mum died several years ago and cos Dad‘s work moves them around, then Megan and Robbo have had to rely on each other. He‘ll often pull a look at me, caring big brother act and be over-affectionate to her in order to impress girls.
Tai becomes Robbo‘s best friend almost the instant they meet as their personalities complement each other perfectly - they make each other laugh and Tai is happy to let Robbo lead. (Robbo loves that!) Not only do they share a sense of humour, but faced with a challenge, their combined talents and skills mean they‘ll usually get through unscathed. They have lots of boy banter, taking the mick out of each other, exchanging irrelevant facts, having dumb rows, doing silly handshakes.
